Make sure that the application extensions are on the end of all your files. Examples of this would be, (.tif, .jpg, .pdf, .qxd, .eps) without these it is very difficult to determine the kind of file you sent.
If you are sending more than one file, you should use a compression program like stuffit or winzip and bundle all the files into one compressed file. Then you only have one file to send us.
