Make sure that the application extensions are on the end of all your files. Examples of this would be, (.tif, .jpg, .pdf, .qxd, .eps) without these it is very difficult to determine the kind of file you sent. If you are sending more than one file, you might wish to use a compression program like stuffit or winzip and bundle all the files into one compressed file. That way you will only have one file to send us.
If your file/files are very large ( > 2 Gb ) you may want to Contact Us for other methods of getting your file to us, such as secure FTP or courier.
