Preferred software InDesign or QuarkXPress
Usage Page layout programs are perfectly suited for assembling layout elements into a final output-ready document. Images and logos/illustrations are created and edited in drawing and layout applications and linked to the final layout file. Final layouts can also be provided as high-resolution PDFs (Distiller settings available upon request).
File types InDesign, QuarkXPress & PDF files output directly to our RIPs and presses. Final layouts can also be provided as high resolution* PDF (distiller settings available upon request).
Output capabilities We can work with files created in other page layout programs such as PageMaker. InDesign and QuarkXPress are preferred as more user-friendly applications with greater capabilities in key areas such as trapping and imposition.
