- Review your files before sending them to us.
- Spell check and proofread carefully.
- Make sure bleed is set properly.
- Check color settings and delete any unused colors in your color palette. Also, verify colors are defined as needed for CMYK and/or Pantone output across all art files.
- Check repeating elements on multiple pages for consistent coordinates.
- Delete any items off the pasteboard and remove any other unnecessary elements. (For example, don’t cover an unwanted element with a white box. Simply delete the element.)
- Delete any unused layers in Photoshop or Illustrator.
